The Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia held a meeting with the Chairman of the EUMC

On May 29, on the sidelines of the Schuman Security and Defence Forum, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, held a meeting with the Chairman of the EUMC, General Robert Brieger.

The discussions focused on Armenia-EU cooperation in the defence sector. The parties reached an agreement to enhance cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

The Defence Minister presented the ongoing reforms within the Armenian Armed Forces.

Additionally, regional security issues were addressed during the meetings.
