An exhibition and reception dedicated to Armenia took place at “Europe Medialab”

On March 23, 2026, an exhibition and evening dedicated to Armenia took place at “Europe Medialab,” organized on the occasion of the first Armenian journalist joining the program.

The opening remarks were delivered by Ambassador, Tigran Balayan, who emphasized the importance of the work of a “CivilNet” television journalist in covering cooperation with EU institutions. Ambassador also expressed hope that other independent Armenian media outlets would have the opportunity to participate in this unique program.

Tigran Balayan also drew the audience’s attention to the exhibited photographs, which reflect Armenia’s democratic path, its rapprochement with the EU, and the aspirations of the Armenian people. Ambassador Balayan also presented the preparatory work for the EPC and the first EU-Armenia summits, while highlighting the importance of establishing peace.

The event was attended by representatives of EU institutions, think tanks, civil society organizations, as well as embassies accredited to the EU and Belgium. At the end of the event, guests enjoyed Armenian wines and refreshments.
